We are a professional organization at California State University, Long Beach. Our focus is to provide unique opportunities to our members. Through the Human Resource Management Association (HRMA), students should expect professional development. These professional developments include networking, scholarship opportunities, internships and much more.

We are not strictly about business. We are a fun and enthusiastic organization that value our members. Many of our members have received internships through us. Best of all, we have admirable guest speakers that are experienced professionals within the HR field.

The Human Resource Management Association (HRMA) shall exist to promote the understanding of the Human Resources profession among CSULB students. While at the same time, providing a bridge between business and students, professional development, career opportunities, and to encourage the acquisition, growth, and continuation of respective members.
